On behalf of the Institute, Haskell worked at Cal State Northridge, engaging students in discussions about the film Latino: The Director’s Cut. John Schultheiss of CSUN was very pleased with the interaction with the students on many aspects of filmmaking.
In accordance with the purpose of the Institute for Cinema Studies, Haskell continues to teach guest workshops at colleges and universities across the country. Recently, his lectures have coincided with screening and analysis of the Director’s Cut of Latino, released by Cinema Libre Studio last year.
